Workout While You Watch Your Favorite Show?

I've got to admit, I love watching my TV shows. Anyone who knows me knows that I could get lost watching Doctor Who for hours, I mean I own all of the seasons on DVD! But I know that the biggest part of my weight gain is the fact that I have spent a lot more time sitting than moving and staying active. When I was Pinning away one day I came across two particular TV workouts that I thought would be perfect for me because I love these two shows. 


Now keep in mind that these mini workouts are definitely not meant to replace your regular workout routine, whether it is at the gym or at home, it is just a nice way to be moving while still enjoying your favorite show. I think that TV workout games are particularly cool because it doesn't just have to be for someone trying to lose weight, it can be for someone who just wants to make sure they are staying active in some way. Say you work all day, come home, make a healthy dinner and then want to watch your favorite show, but have no time to go to the gym, this is the perfect way to get a workout in. 
I am already a few hours into my first day of my new healthy diet and workout routine and I think I will definitely be using this for when I catch up on The Vampire Diaries! I am so behind, lol. I found a great board on Pinterest with different workout games for almost 50 shows! I know not everyone likes Doctor Who or The Vampire Diaries, so I will link it below.
